You'll receive a PDF of your plan, drawn at 1:100 in AutoCAD, with your company logo featured prominently in the title block. We offer a flat project rate, which includes 1 free revision (our members receive 2). With a fast turnaround, you'll receive your completed plans within 10 business days.

Our Scale and Paper Sizes

Construction Details

The drawings we prepare at Pitch Box are for schematic use only and are not intended for construction use.

We do not prepare working drawings, construction documentation, or construction details that contain specific structural information or details such as footings, reinforcement, concrete strength, fixings, or fixing methods. Such specifications should be prepared and certified by a qualified structural engineer.

There is one exception: if you have typical details on hand that you have prepared and would like to see on a particular drawing, you can provide those drawings, and we will transfer them, exactly as drawn, into CAD for inclusion in the drawing.

Professional Indemnity and Transfer of Responsibility

Pitch Box does not provide design services nor make design decisions. All information, including site measurements, the layout of the hardscapes, softscapes, material selection, plant selection, lighting fixture selection, and the installation sizes and positions, must be provided by you.

Each plan we produce for you will bear your company's logo and contact details with which we subsequently transfer all responsibility, indemnity and liability of the information contained within the drawing wholly and exclusively to you and your company.

What's the process for landscaping designs?

You'll first need to place your order online. This fast process takes only about 10 minutes. Use our self-serve Price Calculator and select your desired products before placing your order. Next, you'll complete our Project Specification Form and send your design files to us.

Once we've completed the first draft, we'll assess and review everything to ensure it is just right. Then you'll receive an email notification when your presentation is ready to review. Click the link to access all the files. If you're happy with everything, wonderful! Download your files and go present them to your clients. If you require some changes, you can request revisions through a simple link.

How long does it take to receive my 2D & 3D landscaping design?

What information do I need to supply?

We generally require plans or neat sketches of your design, plus site photos and any relevant inspiration images. All sketches or plans should be legible and to scale. Please include a north arrow and at least one known dimension.
