Our 3D House Options
Get flexible 3D presentations for residential houses, including internal and/or external renders to suit your project needs. Choose from Preliminary (draft quality) or Final (realistic) 3D renders and choose to add on additional options if required. Choose from the entire house, just the exterior or the facade only. Perhaps you only require 1 room rendered. Maybe you prefer to do the rendering yourself, if so then a Sketch Up Base Model might be your thing. Just choose the option you need from our online menu when you need it.
Draft quality 3D renders modelled in SketchUp. Suitable for preliminary stages of the design to show clients the spatial layout with indicative colours and finishes only. No fly-throughs or lighting images are available with this option.
High quality 3D images rendered in Lumion. Suitable to show clients the final look and feel of your design with more realistic finishes. You can choose to add on options such as specified finishes, lighting images and/or a fly-through video.
If you don’t require the entire house to be rendered, we also have options for the exterior or front facade only. Even a single room if that's all you need. Simply select the option that suits you best.
DIY option. Save time by having the house, walls and even terrain and hardscapes of your project modelled in advance. You will receive a plain white base model created in SketchUp ready for you to get to work!
